The core Data Lab desktop application integrates Excel-style data handling, graphing and advanced analysis modules within one interface. It is ideal for wafer analysis, process optimisation, reliability and general statistics.

Data Lab Pro runs in the browser as a subscription web application. It is designed for users who prefer an online workflow without managing desktop installations.
Trial and subscription for Data Lab Pro are managed through the web app itself after you sign in.
